Rodger: No Doubt DeGrom Wins Cy Young

How can Mets ace Jason deGrom not win the National League Cy Young? Wednesday night’s performance against the Braves had to solidify it. deGrom’s win-loss record ended up 10-9 but his ERA is 1.70, which is the best in the majors. deGrom played on a team that didn’t score runs when he pitched this season, and that’ not his fault. deGrom threw 8  shutout innings against Atlanta, and recorded his 1,000^th career strikeout. Fitting way to end what should be a Cy-Young season.
