RPI Gets Ready to Drop the Puck on Another Season

With his second season rapidly approaching, RPI head coach Dave Smith brings some experienced players back at some of the most important places on the ice. With the top scorers at the forward and defensive ends in place and a goalie who played 29 games as a freshman, Smith is optimistic about what the 2018-'19 season may hold.

RPI opens the season with an exhibition at home on Sunday against Prince Edward Island before a home and home with UMass the next weekend. There are ten freshmen Smith will incorporate into his system and life as a Division I hockey player as well as some transfers to bring immediate, experienced help.
