Syracuse basketball's season ended with an improbable run all the way to the Final Four in Houston. The Orange are already looking towards the future as they have a capital region stand-out on their recruiting radar. The Orange are showing interested in Hameir Wright, a standout who led Albany Academy to a federation title just a few months ago. This interest is according to Wright's AAU Coach Jim Hart. Hart told reporter Donna Ditota about the interest earlier this week:  "Syracuse is very interested in him,"  "Coach Boeheim has his son (Jimmy) on the team, so he gets to see him all the time. Hameir can really shoot the ball. He handles it really well for a big guy. He rebounds, he blocks shots, he has a high IQ and he has a good feel for the game on offense."  Wright has also drawn interest from other schools around the country. Those schools along with Wright's potential for next season were discussed with his high school coach Brian Fruscio last month on 1045 TheTeam. Brady Farkas and I talked to Coach about the federation championship and where Wright may play his college basketball.
