With only seconds left in the game it looked dim again for the New York Rangers, but there was a glimmer of hope and the Blurshirts pulled off a spectacular rally.

The Washington Capitals didn't know what hit them.  They were on their way to a 3-2 series advantage when the New York Rangers scored with just six seconds left, to send the game into overtime for the eventual win.

Brad Richards is who scored the power-play goal with just seconds left in the game.  The Rangers would use that momentum as they went in OT, and Marc Staal would score the game winner.  Now the Rangers take the advantage in the series, and could be moving on to the Eastern Conference finals with one more win.

The Rangers put Capitals goalie Braden Holtby to work.  They shot on him 38 times, while Ranger goalie Henrik Lundqvist only had 18 shots on goal, and he stopped 16 of them.

Game 6 between the Rangers and Capitals will be Wednesday night from Washington.
