UAlbany FH on the Map

After beating New Hampshire to capture the America East Championship, UAlbany field hockey coach Phil Sykes joined Brady Farkas on Thursday.

The 18-2 Danes will take on ACC Champ Wake Forest in the NCAA tournament opener on Saturday.

This is the Danes 4th NCAA tournament appearance, and would be the first win for the program if they can beat the Deacons.

We talked with Sykes about his team, the matchup ahead, the Golden Age of UA Athletics, and how he got into the sport.
