Three weeks down, and two teams have really caught the eye of fantasy football owners. One of which is right here in New York, and that's the Buffalo Bills. The Bills got back to normal during Weeks 2 and 3, and a number of Josh Allen's targets are now hot commodities on the waiver wire.

The other is out west, and that's the Las Vegas Raiders. In a similar fashion to Josh Allen, the better Derek Carr has been, the more valuable his receivers have become.
