What Is This Building On Rt 2 Going To Be?

Over the past few months I continue to pass this building as it is being constructed on rt 2 Latham between Cumberland Farms and Vent Fitness. The debate has been raging between friends and family as to what exactly this building could be? Is it a bank? Is it a business? Could it possibly be a new restaurant?

The color scheme leaves me clueless. If it had red I would get my hopes up for a Chic-Fil-a but Blue?
