The Denver Broncos are in ultimate Super Bowl mode after missing out on the big game last year in year one of the Peyton Manning era.  Plus, the Broncos picked-up Wes Welker.  Andy Reid is now the head man in Kansas City and his new quarterback is Alex Smith.  The Chargers have a new coach and Phillip Rivers is looking to have a renaissance of sorts.  The Raiders are just trying to keep up.
