One week ago on Levack and Goz in the first hour of the show we discussed the debut of the Alliance American Football League. Fans in the Capital Region seemed to be interested

Many sports fans commented on the article as well. I did give the debut weekend an opportunity to catch my interest. Overall I thought the product was "ok". I wasn't thrilled by it. It was just a lower level of professional football.

I will admit that I watched zero seconds of the Alliance American Football League this past weekend. My interest is already gone. I covered both college and minor league baseball years ago in Central New York. That is exactly what the Alliance American Football League is: Minor league football.

It is simple. If no one buys tickets and goes to the games, the Alliance of American Football League can not succeed. I need fans of the AAFL to explain to me how without any big names (Tim Tebow, Johnny Manziel) that this league can survive. It won't. After looking at these attednance pictures, maybe you feel the same way. Do you think the Alliance of American Football League can succeed? Let us know below.
