The New York Yankees Schedule was going to be different than we're used to even if everything went as planned during this shortened 60 game season. Factor in the Miami Marlins having 17 members of the team test positive for COVID-19 and the ripple effects that caused and we get an impromptu two-game series in Baltimore against the Orioles instead of the home opener at Yankee Stadium against the Philadelphia Phillies for the next two games. We now have the opponent and location but were waiting on the times for Wednesday and Thursday. We have that as well so let's get ready to enjoy some Yankees' baseball.

The Yankees at Orioles games for Wednesday and Thursday's coverage will begin at 6:55 pm EST with first pitch scheduled for 7:35 both nights. The Yankees voted unanimously to play in Baltimore according to ESPN.com. These games against the Orioles on 7/29 and 7/30 will replace the games previously scheduled for 8/3 and 8/4. The Yankees new home opener will be this Friday 7/31 at 7:05 pm EST against the Boston Red Sox.

Interesting side note according to the Athletics Ken Rosenthal the Yankees, Nationals, and Phillies will not lose pay if games are missed due to these circumstances being out of their control.
