Carmelo Anthony scares people by posing like a wax figure.  This is always a great premise for a good laugh.

Carmelo Anthony has his own wax figure at Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum in New York City.  Carmelo recently celebrated the unveiling of his new wax figure by standing still as if he was a wax figure, only to scare the unsuspecting visitors.  This is always good for a few laughs.

Carmelo didn't exactly scare the living daylights out of these people.  He was very laid back with his approach to startling the visitors.  He didn't yell like a crazy person (which would have been funnier).  He was basically like, "Hey, y'all, how ya doin?"  He still managed to startle a female at the end of the video pretty well though.

Some people made jokes about Carmelo receiving a wax figure.  CNBC's Darren Rovell tweeted, “Rumor has it that Madam Tussaud's wanted to do a wax figure of Carmelo passing but couldn’t find a picture.”  Carmelo has a reputation of being a ball hog.

I personally think that a lot of the criticism of Carmelo Anthony is completely blown out of proportion.  You can typically hear me defending the guy on "The Noe Show."  However, rest assured that most people will be criticizing Melo rather than defending him until he wins a title.  Right or wrong, that's just the way it is.
