Earlier today, All-Pro running back appeared as a guest on ESPN's television show First Take. Peterson was asked if he had to consider joining another team what would be some of the requirements for his new destination.

All of those requirements did match that of the New York Giants organization. After viewing the clip, it is clear it seems Peterson was pressured by hosts Stephen A.Smith, Max Kellerman, and Molly Qerim to suggest teams like the Giants, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Houston Texans. However it seems to be that Peterson has at least done the research and planned on life without wearing purple and yellow in Minnesota. Peterson’s contract pays him a $6 million roster bonus on March 11. Once the Vikings make that payment, they’ll be as a practical matter locked in for another $12 million in salary ($11.75 million) and workout bonus ($250,000). In other words, Minnesota would free up $18 million dollars in salary cap space for the team. The soon to be thirty year old Peterson, played in just two games for the Vikings last season. Should the New York Giants consider signing Adrian Peterson? Let us know below?
