The transformation of the Albany Empire over the last few weeks is nothing short of amazing. From not sure if they'd even be able to host a 25% capacity at the Times Union Center when the 2021 season kicks off on May 29th to bringing back QB Tommy Grady and signing the best WR in the league Darius Prince. Now Offensive Coordinator Damon Ware is looking to take a talented roster and make them even better. Ware's the "Mr. Fix It" tasked with getting the absolute most out of the Empire offense and doing it FAST.

Damon Ware joins Head Coach Tom Menas' staff after years of coaching for many teams throughout Arena Football. From the first time we spoke to Menas he made it clear that Albany was going to be a team other teams would not look forward to playing. Ware sounds like that's how he feels as well. Now that the roster is coming together what is Ware's plan to make them an offensive unit the rest of the National Arena League will not want to see across the line of scrimmage? Listen to Damon Ware's full interview below.

Ware's no nonsense attitude revolves around solid preparation and making things work better than anyone else can. Every day I get a little more excited to see this Albany Empire team take the field. Tommy Grady, Darius Prince, this coaching staff and a local talent guaranteed to be signed at tomorrow's open tryouts this is a team that could really win in year one in the NAL.

LOOK: Here are the 50 best beach towns in America

Every beach town has its share of pluses and minuses, which got us thinking about what makes a beach town the best one to live in. To find out, Stacker consulted data from WalletHub, released June 17, 2020, that compares U.S. beach towns. Ratings are based on six categories: affordability, weather, safety, economy, education and health, and quality of life. The cities ranged in population from 10,000 to 150,000, but they had to have at least one local beach listed on TripAdvisor. Read the full methodology here. From those rankings, we selected the top 50. Readers who live in California and Florida will be unsurprised to learn that many of towns featured here are in one of those two states.

Keep reading to see if your favorite beach town made the cut.
