According to coach Mike Woodson, Amare will play about 20 minutes tonight against the Cavs while he works his way back into game shape. In his absence, along with the absence of Jeremy Lin, the Knicks offense has begun to center much more heavily around Carmelo Anthony, who’s scoring averaging has spiked nearly 8 points during that stretch. After clinching a playoff berth last night, the Knicks have 4 games left in the regular season to figure out how to work Amare back into their offense before they take on the Miami Heat or the Chicago Bulls in the first round of the playoffs.
