Bills Give McCoy Five-Year $40M Contract
LeSean McCoy and the Bills have agreed to a five-year, $40 million contract that includes $26.5 million in guaranteed money.
This comes as a surprise, since after the Bills made the trade for the all-pro running back reports came out that he was not happy about the deal. With this contract extension the Bills will pay the three-time Pro Bowler $16 million in the first year.
McCoy is expected to take a physical with the Bills on Sunday, according to ESPN's Josina Anderson. The move can become official on Tuesday when the new NFL league year begins.
