Buster Olney Gives Goz First Pitch Advice [AUDIO]

ESPN MLB Insider Buster Olney joins us every Thursday with the latest news and insight from Major League Baseball especially the New York Yankees and Mets. This week he did that but he also had some advice and warnings for Goz as he prepares to throw out the first pitch at a Tri-City Valley Cats game.

I love how savage Buster was while not only helping Goz but preparing him for his inevitable failure. Remember Goz spiked the first pitch for Pete Rose and has basically done NO warm ups to prepare for this pitch on Thursday, August 22nd at Joe Bruno Stadium.
