CC Will Be The Comeback Player Of The Year

I know what you're thinking, Levack is being a homer again! It's possible that I've paid closer attention than most due to my love of the Yankees but the truth is I truely believe CC is going to have a very good year. I think it took tremendous personal strength for CC Sabathia to publicly deal with his out of control drinking. He could of easily went about his business and none of us would of blamed him. Remember CC stepped away even knowing there was at least one postseason game ahead of him.

Look at the way CC responded to a new knee braceand diagnoses that he wasn't further damaging that knee. CC had a nice September and October going  3-2 in 5 starts with a 2.17 ERA, 24 K's and 13 BB's. I'm not saying CC will do that all season long but I am saying that's more of a true representation of the big man than the way he started the 2015 season.

So my first bold prediction of the 2016 season: CC Sabathia will win comeback player of the year!
