This week will be no exception as Seattle Mariner Pitcher Yusei Kukuchi is being accused of using a "Dark Substance" from under the bill of his cap against the Yankees, Wednesday night. Does Buster think there's any reason to question Kikuchi's stellar performance against the Yankees?

So clearly Buster finds it to be far less of an infraction than Levack does. With the usage of pine tar or any other substance to help their grip being a known thing, is there a way to legislate the usage? Can we all agree to some form of verbiage that regulates the usage and levels the playing field for all pitchers and batters?
