Babers and his squad were off to the best program start at 6-0 in 35 years. Syracuse had a 21-10 lead going into the 4th quarter on Saturday against #5 Clemson. The experienced Tigers proved to be too much for the Orange, scoring 17 unanswered points for the victory. That is the only blemish on the 2022 schedule so far. The game is scheduled to kick at noon. Fans are encouraged to arrive early due to the large crowd, and to wear orange for the “Orange Out.”

Syracuse sold out their last home game on October 15th vs. #15 NC State and that was only the 10th sellout in their history. The last sellout came in 2019. Notre Dame comes into the game 4-3 and is unranked.
