Former Siena Lacrosse Great Rosecrans Named As The 1st Womans lacrosse Coach At Illinois Wesleyan
Lindsey Rosencrans, 1 of the best female lacrosse players in Siena Saints history has been named as the 1st ever women's head coach of the lacrosse program at Illinois Wesleyan.
Rosencrans was the assistant coach of the Siena lady's lacrosse team the past 2 years. Both years Siena quualified for the MAAC conference tournament.
When Rosencrans left siena as a player she was at the top of most of the statistical catagories. She was 1st in points scored, goals, and draw controls.
Before becoming the assistant coach at Siena, Rosencrans spent a couple of years as the assistant coach of lacrosse at Niskayuna High School. the teams she helped there were 27-8 and won back to back sectional championships and advanced to the regional finals both years..
