The 3-course dinner includes a butternut bisque or house salad to start; a prime rib surf and turf entrée that includes a 16 oz. slow roasted prime rib with shrimp scampi, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed butter haricot verts, and homemade Au jus; and a classic cheesecake with fresh berries and strawberry compote for dessert. Entertainment will be provided by pianists Cliff Brucker from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and David Gleason from 10 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Dinner will be served from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. (last seating at midnight).
