
Ballston Lake’s André Patnode Returns to American Ninja Warrior Tonight
Local "Ninja" Competing Tonight
Obviously, all eyes in America will be on Team USA's huge World Cup showdown with Belgium tonight.
But a little closer to home, Capital Region residents will have another hometown hero to cheer for as Ballston Lake's André Patnode takes on the American Ninja Warrior course.

Ballston Lake's André Patnode is expected to compete on American Ninja Warrior when the hit NBC competition returns Monday night at 9 PM.
Patnode shared the exciting news on social media, encouraging family, friends, and fellow Capital Region residents to tune in.

We're Pulling For You, Andre!
"It's that time for me to take on the Ninja Warrior course! Please tune into American Ninja Warrior, Monday, July 6th, at 9 p.m. on NBC. Thank you, Ninja Warrior! #TeamAndre," he wrote.

This isn't André's first trip to the famous obstacle course. A longtime ninja athlete and coach, he's competed in previous seasons and has become a familiar face in the local ninja community after years of training and chasing his dream.

Tonight's episode features the Eastern Regional Qualifying Rounds in Las Vegas, where competitors battle through one of television's toughest obstacle courses in hopes of earning a spot in the new regional finals.
We'll be pulling for André and hope to see another Capital Region athlete make an unforgettable run on one of the toughest competitions on television.
