South Glens Falls' Taylor Volkman also had a big game, hitting eight goals.

Guilderland stopped Niskayuna, 12-8, in the Suburban Council. The unbeaten Dutchwomen had Morgan Hardt with four goals and an assist while Kayla Treanor starred for Niskayuna, hitting for three goals.

Catherine Clark scored four goals and three assists to propel Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake past Columbia, 13-6.

Bethlehem put away Ballston Spa, 18-3. Moriah Greenstein had five goals and six assists, and Tori McGrath added five goals.

Saratoga Springs downed Averill Park, 16-6. Emma Kern starred for the Blue Streaks with three goals and three assists.

Luke Goldstock put together six goals and four assists to help unbeaten Niskayuna whip Guilderland, 16-4, in a Suburban Council boys lacrosse game.

Lucas Maloney added three goals and Justin Picardo had three goals and two assists to help the Warriors cause.

Shenendehowa had an easy time with Colonie, 15-3. Joe Romeo posted three goals and two assists, and D.J. Edick contributed three goals.

Trevor Hiss exploded for five goals and five assists to spearhead Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake's 15-3 win over Columbia.

In a Foothills Council game, Glens Falls blanked Johnstown, 15-0, as Connor McGuirk connected for four goals and an assist.

Rachel Quackenbush pitched a no-hitter and struck out 16 to lead Hoosick Falls past Cambridge, 7-0, in a Wasaren League softball game.

Courtney Dayter had a three-hitter with 15 strikeouts as Cohoes blanked Ravena, 18-0, and Amanda Gatt tossed a two-hitter and 14 K's to lead Schalmont past Voorheesville, 6-1, on the Colonial Council ledger.

The baseball scene featured Charles Parslow pitching a three-hitter to help Fonda-Fultonville beat Cobleskill-Richmondville, 8-4, in a Colonial Council game.

In other Colonial action, Voorheesville slipped past Schalmont, 2-0. Kevin Connolly hurled a one-hitter and struck out 11, while Chris Amoros also turned in a fine pitching effort, allowing three hits.

Josh Veshia hit three singles and four RBI as Watervliet edged Albany Academy, 13-12.

Joe Nellis struck out nine and collected a run-scoring triple as Johnstown turned away Hudson Falls, 3-2, in a Foothills Council game.

Patrick Morrison starred at the plate with a double and single for the Sir Bills.

Mekeel Christian Academy shut out Mayfield, 12-0, in the Western Athletic Conference. Shawn King tossed a two-hitter while Oheino Miller collected four hits.

Fort Plain used a three-run eighth to get past rival St. Johnsville, 7-6, in the WAC. Ray Ponte Jr. had two doubles for the Hilltoppers.

Saratoga Catholic walloped Sharon Springs, 22-1. Tyler Gereau highlighted the Saints with a double, single and three RBI.
