Ian Begley from ESPNNewYork.com is reporting that Amar'e Stoudamire sat out of a scrimmage at practice earlier today due to a stinger in his neck. Head coach Mike D'Antoni said the move was simply a precaution, and that Stoudamire should be good to go tomorrow night.

Also missing from practice was guard Toney Douglas, who is suffering from a sprained right shoulder. D'Antoni said that Douglas is also expected to play against the Thunder, but Shawne Williams could also see more minutes if Douglas struggles early on.
