The New York Knicks had a chance to win its fifth straight game on Monday night, but were halted by the Orlando Magic 107-99. The Magic's big man Nikola Vucevic led all scorers with 26 points and grabbed nine rebounds.

Lance Thomas tied his career high with 24 points for the Knicks, while Carmelo Anthony scored 23 points despite tweaking an ankle in the second half, but is expected to still go against Cleveland on Wednesday. Rookie Porzingis had nine points and eight rebounds but shot just 3 for 12 from the field.

"They were hitting important shots at important moments and they were able to maintain the lead, and at the end they just played better," Knicks rookie Kristaps Porzingis said..
