Manziel Enters Rehab Facility

CLEVELAND (AP) — Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel has entered treatment for an unspecified condition. An adviser for Manziel said in a statement released by the team that the former first-round pick decided to enter treatment during the offseason. Manziel spokesman Brad Beckworth says the quarterback knows there are areas he needs to improve on to be a better family member, friend and teammate.
