Earlier today, the New Jersey Nets announced that rookie guard MarShon Brooks has suffered a broken little toe on his right foot. Team officials say there is no timetable for his return, adding him to an injury list that includes "star" center Brook Lopez.

According to Mike Mazzeo from ESPNNewYork.com, Brooks has also been playing through a left Achilles injury and will be looking to heal up that injury as well. The 23-year-old rookie standout had missed three games from the Achilles injury, but tried playing through the pain during Sunday night's home game against the Toronto Raptors.

In his rookie campaign thus far, Brooks was averaging about 15 points and 5 rebounds per game. Joining him on the sidelines wearing suits instead of jerseys for tomorrow night's game at the Pacers will be center Mehmet Okur and forward DeShawn Stevenson.
