The New York Jets picked up their fifth-straight win with a 26-20 overtime win over the New England Patriots at MetLife Stadium Sunday.

Here are the five major takeaways from the game:

1. Pass the Ball to Brandon Marshall

Marshall registered an NFL-record sixth 100-reception season Sunday with eight catches. He tallied 115 yards and two touchdowns.

2. Don't Get Your Head Down

The Jets saw their 17-3 third-quarter lead evaporate as the Patriots tied the game in the fourth. The Jets kept their heads up as the game went to overtime and scored on the opening drive of the extra period.

3. Trust Ryan Fitzpatrick

Fitzpatrick has 13 touchdowns and just one interception over the last five games. He threw for three scores and no interceptions Sunday.

4. Have Confidence

Quincy Enunwa dropped a throw that could have sealed the game in regulation. Fitzpatrick went back to him in overtime, and this time they connected for a 48-yard completion that set up the game-winning score.

5. Take Care of Business

This win gives the Jets five straight victories and puts them in position to punch their ticket to the postseason with a win in Buffalo Week 17.
