Along with social media, GoFundMe is changing our society, isn't it? It's giving fans the opportunity to to raise money for their favorite player or team.

It's a funny thing, fans always complain that players make too much money or choose money before their team, but yet when it comes to their own player, that's different, isn't it?

The Seattle Seahawks are entering their final year of Russell Wilson's rookie contract. He's set to sign a massive NFL-leading contract at the end of this year but negotiations are reportedly going very slow.

That's where a Seahawks fan has stepped in and would like to raise $5 million for Russell Wilson personally so that it could be included in his contract number but not go against the cap for the Seahawks.

The craziest part is that people actually throw money in there. The GoFundMe page  currently has roughly $1,300 in it.

And remember, two weeks ago, Patriots fans started a GoFundMe page to raise $1 million for New England's DeflateGate fine.

Armen and Levack need a new TV in the 104.5 The Team studio. Seriously, it's the size of a toaster oven. Anyone want to help us out if we start a GoFundMe page? Pretty please?
