Ronda Rousey Will Host Saturday Night Live

We haven't seen very much of "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey since she lost her UFC title via knockout to striker Holly Holm but that's about to change! Rousey will host "saturday Night Live" January 23rd. Rousey will be joined by musical guest Selena Gomez.

Ronda Rousey is one of few athletes to host the show, joining the likes of Joe Montana, Derek Jeter, Peyton and Eli Manning as well as others. For me it will be interesting to see if she pokes fun at herself after losing in upset fashion.

Rousey is set to star in a remake of "Roadhouse." No word yet if she's promoting that or just joining the cast to get back out in the public eye. Either way you can bet I'll be tuned in to see one of the faces of MMA take the stage in New York where her sport is still illegal.
