Siena women's basketball's BlueShield of Northeastern New York Kids Day game  that included a visit and conversation with players from the men's and women's teams has been rescheduled for January 10th, 2013 at 11:30 a.m.

The original date for the kids day event was November 20th against North Carolina A&T but had to be postponed because A&T's flight was canceled coming into the Capital Region, which resulted in that game being moved to a 7 p.m. start time.

The new opponent will be conference foe Fairfield. The game will tip off at 11:30 a.m.

Kid's day is a part of the school's athletics BlueShield of Northeastern New York Saints in the community program. As part of the program coaches and players from the men's and women's teams will make return visits to the schools that attend the game as part of the Saints Adopt-a-School program.

This is the 3rd year the Saints have hosted this program and event. Last season nearly 1,800 youngsters from ten Capital Region schools attended.
