Joba Chamberlain addressed the media yesterday regarding his recent ankle injury.  He has hope that he will get a chance to play in 2012.

Nets guard MarShon Brooks is out indefinitely with a broken right little toe and a left Achilles injury.

The New York Knicks were on the cusp of a five game win streak, but Memphis spoiled that with a 94-83 win.  The Knicks lost more than the game too, they may have lost Carmelo Anthony for a few games with an ankle sprain.

Turns out the loss to the Lakers on Thursday night may not be the worst thing that could have happened to the Knicks.  Amare Stoudemire sprained his ankle during that loss and is currently day to day.

New York Jets Head Coach Rex Ryan confirmed yesterday in a conference call that Safety Jim Leonhard is done for the season with a torn patellar tendon.
