There are many similarities between Buffalo Bills and New York Jets quarterbacks Josh Allen and Sam Darnold. Both QBs were selected in the top ten of the 2018 NFL Draft, Both are tasked with leading a New York franchise to contention and both have similar ideas on training. There's also that they are both not only in New York but both are in the AFC East but the similarities don't stop there. They both train with QB guru Jordan Palmer in the offseason and they've both taken the initiative to hold "informal workouts" with their respective teams.

Yesterday we saw what will hopefully be rock bottom for the Jets rookie quarterback Sam Darnold. In a loss to the Miami Dolphins Darnold was sack 4 times, hit 7 tames and threw 4 interceptions and like a good leader he took the blame after the game. I'm here to tell you he's not the only one that should be taking blame and as a matter of fact he is probably as low as fourth on the blame totem pole.

The New York Jets shocked the NFL world last night when they jumped all over the Detroit Lions in Detroit on their way to a 48 - 17 win. The Jets were a touchdown underdog and no one including myself was giving them a real chance of winning their season opener. Imagine all of our surprise when not only did the Jets win but following an interception for a touchdown on Sam Darnold's first ever NFL pass the Jets dominated all three phases of the game.
