With yesterday's news of Red Sox outfielder Carl Crawford needing Tommy John surgery, Noe got all bent out of shape off-air about guaranteed contracts in sports and how much he hates them! That got us wondering about the following: even if it is unlikely or unrealistic, what things in sports would you love to see changed?
