Fans Mock New York Yankees’ Legend For Bizarre TV Antics (And He Responds!)
While broadcasting live from Globe Life Field in Texas, the MLB on Fox studio crew got the chance to try on authentic cowboy hats. Each one of the four members of the broadcast team was presented with a cowboy hat of their own, and they all really seemed to enjoy poking fun at each other for their new country-western headwear.

Yankees' Legend Responds to Fans After Bizarre Cowboy Hat TV Segment
A story from The New York Post called attention to a recent segment aired on the MLB on Fox pregame show. The show features host Kevin Burkhardt, as well as analysts David Ortiz, Alex Rodriguez and Derek Jeter. The next day, Jeter responded to his critics with this photo:
Jeter is in his first season as a member of the Fox studio crew. He replaced Frank Thomas, who spent eight years as a studio analyst with the network. The length of Jeter's contract with Fox is not currently know.
Rodriguez and Ortiz joined the production in 2017. Burkhardt has been a host on Fox's MLB coverage since 2014.
