Six teams from UAlbany's conference (CAA) will play in this year's FCS football playoffs. The 8-3 Maine Black Bears will represent the conference as league champions. One team that will not be in this year's field is New Hampshire. The Wildcats' fourteen straight consecutive seasons in the playoffs ends this season. Below is the 2019 playoff format.
