The New York Yankees are just one win away from clinching a spot in the American League Championship Series. The Yankees won both games this past week in the Bronx. Game 1 was an offensive explosion for the Yankees as they won 10-4. Game two proved to be much of the same, as the Yankees won the match up 8-2. Tonight in Minnesota, New York will start Luis Severino on the mound. The Yankees starter has been injured for most of the 2019 season, but his recent return has sparked hope for the team. Severino in his three starts this season has allowed just two runs on six hits while posting a 2-1 record.
