Yankees To Wear Commemorative Derek Jeter Patch [PHOTO]

The Yankees will host Derek Jeter Day this Sunday, September 7th, before their 1:05pm game. During the game, the Pinstripes will wear a Derek Jeter patch on their left arm and hat that they will display until the end of their regular season.
