I'm an on-air personality for 104.5 The Team, ESPN Radio. I'm an Albany native, although I've spent years Connecticut, Ohio, New York City and Washington DC before finding myself back in my home city. At heart I'm New York guy through and through; an avid fan of the Giants, the Knicks and unfortunately the Mets.

Can Jose Canseco Save The Home Run Derby?
The Home Run Derby has lost some of its luster in recent years. Well, today Jose Canseco chimed in with an idea of his

Do You Think Kostas Papanikolaou Will Pan Out In The NBA [POLL]
The Knicks, who did not have a first round pick in this year's draft, selected Kostas Papanikolaou of Greece with their only pick, the 48th overall. Official Song For London Olympics Unveiled [AUDIO]
The minds behind the 2012 London Olympic committee haven’t neccearily been doing a fantastic job thus far. The logo looks like it was stolen from the Saved By The Bell style guide, and their one-eyed mascot looks a lot more like an artistic interpretation of a Teletubbie’s wiener than a sports symbol. So, I suppose it stands to reason that when picking their “official theme song” they weren’t goin
Mets Hope O’ Meter Hits New Low
The Hope O’ Meter has seen better days. After losing blowing another series to the cross town Yanks, the Mets headed out to Chicago and dropped two of three to the worst team in the Bigs. Errors are up, power is down, and the Hope O’ Meter is at a season low 5.56. Let’s break down the pros and cons, starting with the abundant cons:

Potential Titles For The New Josh Hamilton Biopic
Sources from Hollywood have reported that Casey Afflect (the Eli Manning of Afflects) has been signed to direct a big money biopic about Josh Hamilton. The movie will reportedly (and obviously) chronicle Hamilton’s struggles with drug and alcohol and his rise to the top of the Big Leagues. Of course, a film like this is going to need a name epic enough to truly embody the spirit of this story. Let
