Derek Fisher Tries To Give Inspiration [Video]

New York Knicks head coach Derek Fisher has been given a tough task as a rookie coach. Fisher has lost anything that resembles talent, via trades to open up cap room for years to come. His superstar player Carmelo Anthony has been sidelined with nagging knee soreness, and talks of him shutting it down for the season has been echoed throughout  the locker room.

Fisher, is forced to play a sort of youth movement. Players such as Cleanthony Early, Shane Larkin, and Langston Galloway all in their early 20's are still in their NBA diapers. Last night against the Houston Rockets Fisher tried a more modified inspirational approach to the young team.
