The New York Knicks beat the Detroit Pistons last night by a score of 108-96. The Knicks got 24 points from Carmelo Anthony, 15 from Jose Calderon and 10 from Kristaps Porzingis in the win.

The Knicks are now 15-18 on the season.

Prior to that, the Knicks had lost four straight - after winning four straight prior to that. What's up with the inconsistency? The Wall Street Journal's Chris Herring joined 'Armen and Levack' on Tuesday to talk about that issue and others, including if the Knicks are going to make a trade deadline move that can help propel them in the Eastern Conference standings.

Furthermore, we also asked Herring about the chances that Glens Falls native Jimmer Fredette gets a call-up to the Knicks. Fredette is currently killing it for the Knicks D-League affiliate in Westchester. He's averaging 23.3 ppg and is shooting nearly 50 percent from the floor.
