Americans are trying to get back to normal, and hopefully, we can do so in a safe and efficient way soon.

Some states are opening much faster than others. Within the past week, two states have decided that masks are no longer necessary while out in public, and they have removed their mask mandates.

We are reopening slower here in New York. Masks are still required, but hospitals are resuming visitation and restaurants will be opening up so that they will be able to host more customers soon.

According to Silive, Restaurants in the state will be permitted to increase their indoor capacity to 75% with the exception of New York City. New York City will be able to increase to 35% capacity.

The CDC has issued guidelines for vaccinated people, but they are still advising citizens to avoid unnecessary travel.

The information is out there, and it’s up to each of us to get the information that we need to make decisions for our own lives. Not everyone is comfortable with eating in restaurants or walking around in public without a mask, regardless of what the government says.

The pandemic is still here, and too many Americans are dying from COVID each day. What are your thoughts, are you ready to have all restrictions removed from your life?
