ESPN Radio 104.5 Athlete of the Week

Back to the hardwood we go for our ESPN Radio 104.5 Athlete of the Week, and this week we have selected one of the most prolific scorers in all of Section II.

Kobe Lufkin scored 40 points in two different games last week (Argyle Athletics).

Kobe Lufkin of Argyle is averaging 31 points a game and has the Scots out to a 9-2 record. He went for 40 on two occasions last week, hitting the number against Whitehall on Jan. 6th and again on Jan. 9th vs. Corinth.

Lufkin is the third-highest scorer in all of Section II. He's the brother of former Argyle star Joey Lufkin, who is excelling at Hartwick.

Favorite part of playing for Argyle: I enjoy playing with my teammates that I have played with since youth basketball. Also, I enjoy growing as a team and getting better every game and making everyone improve for future years.
