The Giants are on a two game winning streak after dropping their first pair in historic 4th quarter fashion. It appears New York is getting more comfortable with hanging onto their leads, late in games.

"It takes some time to learn how to win in the NFL," said Giants offensive lineman Geoff Schwartz, to 'Armen and Levack'. "You have to be able to learn how to make plays in the fourth quarter. We’re a relatively young team and we just didn’t make enough plays in the first two games and we just realized that we have to pick it up a notch in the fourth quarter.

"We have to be extra diligent with the details and with our effort. That’s what we’ve done the last two games and it shows with our play in the fourth quarter. Our effort, our execution, our determination has picked up the last two games.

"In the NFL, most games are won in the fourth quarter. Obviously our first four games so far have been kind of won in the fourth quarter and lost in the fourth quarter, but I think we’ve done a good job of just overcoming those issues we had the first two weeks."

The Giants host the 49ers (1-3) this Sunday Night in a prime time spotlight on NBC.

Giants offensive lineman Geoff Schwartz joins 'Armen and Levack' every Tuesday at 5:15p ET, sponsored by McLane Food Service, and exclusively on 104.5 The Team.
