The UAlbany Great Danes women's basketball season came to an end on Sunday as the Danes lost to Syracuse in the second round of the NCAA Tournament, 76-59. The loss closes out the Danes season at 28-5. The program got its first win in NCAA Tournament history when the Danes beat Florida on Friday.

What happened to the Danes on Sunday against the Orange? How did Imani Tate and Shereesha Richards fare in the matchup? To answer all that and more we brought in Danes broadcaster Zach Bye. He was there in Syracuse and has the perspective.
