Illinois quarterback Nathan Scheelhaase was denied a high five by an official on Saturday.  This play could very well be featured on ESPN’s “C’Mon, Man.”

The back judge who was working the Illinois-Wisconsin game on Saturday had no high-five love for Illinois quarterback Nathan Scheelhaase.  Illinois took a 7-0 lead when Scheelhaase scored on a five-yard touchdown run with 13:16 in the 2nd quarter.  When Scheelhaase looked to celebrate, the official looked the other way.

The lead didn’t last long for Illinois as Wisconsin went on to win the game 31-14.  Illinois is now 2-4 on the season and 0-2 in the Big Ten.   The play-by-play commentator for this game, Bob Wischusen, is also the voice of the New York Jets.  You can hear Bob call all of the action of the Jets’ Monday Night Football game against the Houston Texans on our brother station Q103.  Coverage begins at 7:30pm ET on Monday evening.
