Last week things around Penn State exploded when it was exposed that former coach Jerry Sandusky was sexually abusing young boys.  Now after a week or so of silence, Sandusky has spoken and maintains that he is innocent.

Former Penn State coach Jerry Sandusky broke his silence yesterday in a big interview with Bob Costas.  In the interview Sandusky told Costas that he never molested anyone, despite the 8 allegations against him.  Costas didn't hold anything back.  When Sandusky was asked about the shower incident that exposed him to the public, he said yes he was showering with the boy but they were just "horsing around".

According to ESPN 10 more victims have come forward since Sandusky's arrest.  He is accused of sexually assaulting the boys over a 15 year span.

I could say that I have done some of those things. I have horsed around with kids. I have showered after workouts. I have hugged them, and I have touched their legs without intent of sexual contact.

This interview was Sandusky's first public address on the current incidents in question.   He totally maintains that he never sexually abused or molested any children, and says the only mistake he made was showering with the boy.
