Jets Losing BIG To The Rams Is A Lock In Week 15
BACK TO BACK 3 - 0 WEEKS! 6 - 0 in the last two weeks raising my TERRIBLE season record to a much better yet still embarrassing 20 - 21 - 1. This is the time of year when bad teams have proved just how bad they are and good teams are looking to lock up the playoffs and make statements. I'm not letting this heater end just yet. Let's go make some money!
New York Jets at Los Angeles Rams -17
I NEVER feel good about laying 17 points in the NFL but this is a Jets team that has completely quit on their head coach Adam Gase and many of them know there is almost nothing worth playing for anymore. Sure there are a few guys looking after their own future but for the most part, they're already on the beach in their minds. Meanwhile, the Rams are in a battle with the Seahawks for the NFC West and still have a shot at the second maybe even top seed in the NFC. I expect the exact same results we saw last week against the PAtriots maybe worse. Sean McVay will not let his team look ahead to week 16 against the Seahawks.
New England Patriots at Miami Dolphins -2.5
The shift of power is almost complete in the AFC East. The Patriots can't win the AFC East and the Bills and the Dolphins are clearly better than them this season. I think the pupil becomes the master this Sunday when former Belichick assistant Brain Flores leads his Dolphins to a hard-fought victory.
Kansas City Chiefs -3 at New Orleans Saints
This could be a Super Bowl preview. There's been one problem betting the Chiefs this season, and that's they seem to sleepwalk once they no longer feel challenged. I don't see that being an issue against the Saints. I fully expect a MONSTER game from the KC offense and the defense will do plenty to keep Tayson Hill in check. I don't love picking the Saints to lose back-to-back games and if Drew Brees was playing I wouldn't, but I'm going with the better team on a short price here.
