Cam Newton didn't look all that impressive during the game, and he didn't look all that impressive after the game asking questions. And he also didn't look all that good in one of the games biggest moments:

Newton fumbled deep in his own territory in the fourth quarter when trailing 16-10 and appeared to have no interest in diving on the loose ball.

I don't think Newton didn't jump on the ball for a "business decision" as some people on Twitter indicated. I also don't think he was too scared or lazy.

I think it was an impulse decision at the absolute worst time.

Newton finished the game 18-41 for 265 yards. He did not throw a touchdown. He did throw an interception and lost two fumbles, both deep in his own zone.

After the game, the usually jovial Newton gave short answers at his press conference before walking out.

Newton was just named MVP of the league this weekend.
