Noe Hates “Handout Week” – How About You?

As the title would suggest, Brian Noe isn't exactly a big fan of what he calls "Handout Week," aka Conference Championship Week in college basketball. He believes that automatic bids for the NCAA Tournament should be given to Regular Season champions from each conference, not to the teams who win their Conference Tournaments.
